Full Apple Health auto-sync setup ADVANCED
For hands-off syncing from Apple Health, you make a tiny iPhone Shortcut once.
  1. In the app, tap Connect Apple Health, then Copy link.
  2. Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. Tap + for a new shortcut.
  3. Add the action Get Contents of URL. Paste your link in.
  4. Tap Show More. Set Method to POST, Request Body to JSON.
  5. Add fields like weight and steps, then run it. Your numbers appear in the app.
